Scrapbooking

Oui, le scrapbooking et les enfants, ça va très bien ensemble. En plus de prof, je suis aussi parent, et une des choses que jes fais afin d'aider à prélever des fonds pour l'école est le scrapbooking. Moi et un autre parent (qui est aussi collègue), organisons un événement de scrapbooking à chaque année. Cette année était notre quatrième! Nous utilisons le gymnase à l'école (nous avons une très grande gymnase), nous invitons des magasins de scrapbooking, et nous invitons les gens à payer pour venir passer une fin de semaine avec nous.
C'est beaucoup de travail, mais ça vaut la peine! Cette année, j'ai même pu faire du scrapbooking moi-même! Mais, c'est maintenant fini pour une autre année, et c'est le temps de concentrer sur mes bulletins...

Yes, scrapbooking and kids go very well together. In addition to being a teacher, I am also a parent, and one of the things I do to help raise money for the school is scrapbooking. We use the school's gym (we have a very large one), we invite scrapbooking businesses to attend, and we invite scrapbookers to pay to join us for the weekend.
It's a huge amount of work, but worth every minute! This year, I was even able to get some of my own scrapbooking done! But now it's over for another year, and it's time to concentrate on report cards...
